ChaiElixir was founded in 2012 for the purpose of providing an exquisite and quality chai experience in a bottle and offer a compelling, all-natural, alternative to today’s carbonated and caffeinated beverage selection. It’s more than tea; it’s chai. It’s more than a drink; it’s Exilir. Confused? read on.

ChaiElixir is not your ordinary tea. They are sparkling Chai teas, available in three effervescent, tea-based flavors, offering a unique experience for every palette. Vivid combines crisp green tea and citrus, while Fusion provides the dignified flavor of smooth oolong tea with vanilla notes, and Essence blends white tea with delicious peach nectar. These bubbly drinks are bottled in elegant glass, but also present beautifully in champagne flutes. The carbonation makes you feel like you are drinking soda, but it’s actually much healthier, less sweet and overall just so much better than soda!

ChaiElixir are rich in antioxidants to invigorate both body and mind, so you can feel good about drinking this (unlike soda.)

As each flavor has significantly less sugar and calories than standard soft drinks; 100 calories per serving.

One of the things I like most about ChaiElixir – besides the delicious & refreshing taste of course- is that they can also be used to create  health[ier] cocktails.

I've been on a gluten free diet since January 2009. It's been an adventure, and a challenge at times. I love to go to new restaurants and try new foods, and being gluten free can make eating out difficult at times. But I will not let my dietary restrictions get in my way of finding new restaurants and products. These are my stories of being a young women in a big city, eating out and trying new foods, all while trying to NOT eat gluten. Like I said, it's an adventure and you are welcome to come along... Please note that as I try to eat gluten free 100% of the time, my intolerance is not as severe as others so please use caution when dining at restaurants that are not certified gluten free.
