Pumpkin Salsa is the newest creation from the award-winning brand, Renfro Foods. Launched this past June at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, the company’s 19th salsa evokes a spice mix of pumpkin pie, with a heat level registering at the medium level.
One of my favorite things about the fall is pumpkin! I love baking and cooking with it – banana pumpkin bread, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin hummus, pumpkin chili, pumpkin soup, pumpkin pancakes, and pumpkin pie, just to name a few. But I’ve never had a pumpkin salsa before! I was intrigued.
