Love to cook? Hate to prep? Problem Solved!

Flavor Bombs are a line of all natural, fresh frozen, gluten free, low sodium cooking bases. Flavor Bombs are a unique cooking base developed to create a dish that makes four or more servings. They are already cooked, so you can use them to start or finish a dish.

Flavor Bombs come in five explosive flavors that include Basil, Sage, Rosemary, Mirepoix, and Soffritto that turn everyday dishes into gourmet meals.

Each Flavor Bomb is a frozen two-ounce cup that will make a dish of four servings. Flavor Bombs are densely packaged so you will be surprised at how far it will go. Defrosted Flavor Bombs can be thinned by adding oil, water, or broth, and stirring.

The aromatics and vegetables in Flavor Bombs are slowly sautéed until caramelized and golden, adding the most savory taste to your recipes.

Over the past few weeks I’ve tried all five flavors and thoroughly enjoyed each one, especially the convenience and ease of using them. Like I said, the flavor bombs go a long way, especially the Sage and Rosemary, because these herbs yield such a strong flavor.

I used the Soffritto Flavor Bomb to make steak tips. The flavors were of garlic and onion were intense, in a good way, and the aromas that filled the kitchen were wonderful

I've been on a gluten free diet since January 2009. It's been an adventure, and a challenge at times. I love to go to new restaurants and try new foods, and being gluten free can make eating out difficult at times. But I will not let my dietary restrictions get in my way of finding new restaurants and products. These are my stories of being a young women in a big city, eating out and trying new foods, all while NOT eating gluten. Like I said, it's an adventure and you are welcome to come along... Please note that as I try to eat gluten free 100% of the time, my intolerance is not as severe as others so please use caution when dining at restaurants that are not certified gluten free.

  1. This would really come in handy, I’m all about fast cooking, not one to be able to stand over the stove for long periods of time. Any shortcut to prepping would help!
