In college my best friend ate Pretzel Crisps® every single day. This is not an exaggeration. I lived with her during our senior year, and unfortunately could not eat any of her pretzels. So sad. But now, Pretzel Crisps® has finally released a gluten free version so I no longer have to watch her eat her favorite snack without me! I can finally enjoy them too!

Pretzel Crisps®, the world’s first flat baked pretzel cracker, has just come out with new gluten free Minis, inspired by demand for wholesome, bite-sized snacking options that everyone can enjoy.

The minis are Pretzel Crisps® first ever gluten free products and are available in two flavorful varieties, Original and Salted Caramel.

The new Gluten Free Original Minis offer the wholesome goodness and simple ingredient list that Pretzel Crisps®  fans love while providing gluten sensitive snackers with a delicious and guilt free snack to nosh, top and share.

Gluten Free Salted Caramel Minis combine the hearty crunch of Pretzel Crisps with the flavor of creamy caramel. Each bite is a guilt and gluten free treat packed with an irresistible sweet and salty flavor. These are so addictive, I couldn’t put them down! I just wish there were more pretzels in each bag!

I've been on a gluten free diet since January 2009. It's been an adventure, and a challenge at times. I love to go to new restaurants and try new foods, and being gluten free can make eating out difficult at times. But I will not let my dietary restrictions get in my way of finding new restaurants and products. These are my stories of being a young women in a big city, eating out and trying new foods, all while NOT eating gluten. Like I said, it's an adventure and you are welcome to come along... Please note that as I try to eat gluten free 100% of the time, my intolerance is not as severe as others so please use caution when dining at restaurants that are not certified gluten free.

  1. Do not have one yet, but I love Pretzels so it would probably be the the Pretzel crisps

  2. Delish! I’m glad they’ve come out with such a variety of gluten-free products now. My son was allergic to gluten (outgrew it), but even a few years ago it was so hard to find decent gluten-free food. I’m glad that’s changed!

  3. I have only tried their waffles. I do not currently have a favorite but these Salted Caramel Minis sound amazing.

  4. The frozen blueberry waffles make for a scrumptious breakfast with strawberry jam for me!

  5. My favorite are the everything crackers. They rarely have them at my store but they’re sooo good!

  6. I love their strawberry and peanut butter bars. I have them stashed in my car and at work just in case I can’t find GF food options.

  7. I’m a big fan of their cranberry almond granola – but I bet I would enjoy these pretzel crisps too.

  8. My favorite Van’s product is the Chocolate Chip Snack Bars.

  9. I love Van’s fire roasted crackers! I had trouble finding a cracker that tasted great and trying that one cheered me up considerably!

  10. Were you aware that for a Celiac Awareness giveaway, you offered free products that are not technically gluten free? We bought a bag a week ago because it says “gluten free” and Certified Gluten Free on the front of the bag and ate them all. Later we found out that they are, in fact, not gluten free at all. They don’t contain any gluten containing ingredients, however, they are cross contaminated in a faculty where wheat is processed as well. I visited the snack factory website and it states the this is a good snack for the gluten intolerant Anyone with Celiac Disease or that is very sensitive should beware!
