Unsatisfied with vinegar-based hot sauces, Adam and Apinya Ross thought it was time to make a line of premium chili sauces using fresh vegetables and spices as the base.
Inspired by the flavors of Thailand, Apinya Thai Chili Sauce is made with roasted red peppers, fresh Thai chilies, ginger, and garlic. This premium hot sauce is SUPER spicy.
The original recipe of Apinya Thai Chili Sauce pairs well with unseasoned chicken, fish, steak, sandwiches, soups, pizza, and bland Chinese takeout.
It can also be used as a dip for seafood, kabobs, vegetables, and dried mango. Or use it to replace ketchup, cocktail sauce, other hot sauces with your favorite, everyday foods.
